An experienced business leader based in Sedona, Arizona, Carone Cobden is the founder and owner of Sedona Second Home, LLC., where she manages short-term rental agreements with travelers from across the United States. The company’s rental properties routinely receive five-star reviews, and Sedona Second Home has achieved Super Host status with Airbnb. Prior to launching her rental business, Carone Cobden spent nearly a decade as business manager for the Fairbanks Orthopedic and Urgent Care Center in Alaska, and more than five years as publisher and founder of Capalo Press, a company focused on alternative methods of alcohol dependency treatments.

Ms. Cobden studied broadcast journalism at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Between 1981 and 1984, she served as a television production assistant with several public- and private-sector organizations, including the Tanana Chiefs Conference, Roark-Harmon Associates, and the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Her early career included three terms as executive assistant to the Alaska legislature’s Speaker of the House, a role that involved various administrative tasks for both the Speaker and constituents. When she is not managing activity at Sedona Second Home, Carone Cobden’s interests range from day-trading to interior decorating.
